A yoga mat, towel to lay over it, water bottle and clothes to sweat in. We have a place for you to fill your water bottle or you can purchase bottle water.

Our New Member Special is $49 for your first month of unlimited classes. It rolls into our best deal of $20 off each month at $129/month. You can cancel it at any time on-line. It is the best way to try all of our classes and get to feeling great.

Yes, we rent mats, mat towels, and shower towels.

We have two showers you can use to rinse after class.

Only if your doc or PT recommends that you wear sneakers when you exercise. Please be sure your sneakers are only worn inside and are not outdoor shoes.

You will be sent a text and/or email by Mindbody when someone drops out of class and you are added. Reply Y to attend or N to not attend. Be sure you have checked the box in your account to receive notifications form us.

If your friend has a Mindbody account. Otherwise, send them here (put a button here for the page with the registration stuff on it) to create an account and then register for a class on our schedule by clicking the book button next to the class. Need help? Text us (802) 560-4296.

Yes. Be sure to pre-register for class.

Yes. Book your class on our schedule page or in the Mindbody app.

No. Mindbody is an app that you download to your phone and then create an email and password to use it.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. Arrive 10 minutes before class starts. You must be checked in 5 minutes before class or your spot will be given to a person on the waitlist.

Step 1: Log Into Your Mindbody Account. Begin by logging into your Mindbody account to access your subscription settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Management.
Step 3: Select the Cancellation Option.
Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation.
Step 5: Ensure Complete Cancellation.
If you need our help to cancel, text us at (802) 560-4296. Per your contract we need 7 days prior to cancel your membership.

If you cancel after your autopay goes through there is a $35 fee to terminate.

Sit down, drink some water, take a break. You can even sit in the lobby for a minute if you'd like and come back in when you’re ready.

The heat is used as a tool to help you get the most out of your workout. Vigorous classes are between 90-95. Slower classes are between 95-100.
