  • H.E.A.T. stands for High Energy Athletic Training so get ready to level up!

    Your feet will leave the ground in this explosive, high-energy HIIT class. Loaded plyometrics and metabolic resistance training will bring you 45 minutes of dynamic and hard core fat-burning movements designed to tone and strengthen. Be prepared to go hard and have fun!

  • Let's make your abs go BOOM, shall we? Looking for a way to shred your abs? QCYF to the rescue! This Inferno HIIT+ class uses weights, bands, and high intensity training to create a full-body workout with a focus on your abs from start to finish. Burn, baby, burn!

  • Often we get stuck in movement patterns that hinder our ability to get to the next level in our fitness practice. It's difficult to know what to do to move on from this plateau.

    At QCYF, Kinstretch will teach you how to appreciate your body's range of motion, increase your joint health, body control, and active mobility by utilizing functional range conditioning to train and strengthen the tissues surrounding your joints.   • Destress, relax, and set yourself up for the week ahead by targeting the deep connective tissues between your muscles and the fascia throughout your entire body. Through deep stretching, long holds, calming music, and candlelight, you’ll find a wonderful place of peace and appreciation within your body. Come feel better with us.
